I have made a purchase which I have returned on 27th of September. Since then I’m constantly following up with them, but there is no update on the refund. I don’t know where to contact as their phone number is not available so that I can talk to somebody and on their WhatsApp. Nobody replies I have called on the WhatsApp contact number which is mentioned, but nobody is replying on the same, I am stressed and surprised that is that a fraud or genuine seller. As per the policy they made refund once they receive the product, the pick up was arranged by their courier person. Only I have updated each and every step on the WhatsApp conversation. They have assured me to update once they checked at their end. I am constantly messaging, but there is no revert from their end. It’s going to be almost a month now, but there is no update about the refund. I’m requesting, please contact me and process the refund as early as possible . Or let me know where to arbitrate this issue to resolve, there is no customer support, which is again a big issue with this kind of website.
