I was delivered a short coord set instead of a calf length set which I had ordered.
I opted for ‘ Return’ immediately upon delivery.
I was asked to share pictures of the same. I objected but eventually did share images which were delivered a few minutes ago. Post this I received an immediate refund.
Later the same day I ordered for two more sets, which was delivered yesterday- 21-08-2026. The website is a yet to display delivered without which I can’t choose to return.
I have fitting issues.
All these I have conveyed to ‘ whomever’ is responding on the given WhatsApp number.
After repeated attempts the only response I have got so far is , Order number and Reason!
Erratic, moody and no responses to customers doesn’t augur well.
Kindly respond, initiate a return and refund.
